This product was purely made to provide joy- and successful angling as many days as possible and we are delighted to offer you a 10 year manufacturer warranty for the blank of your new SPORTEX rod. For all additional components such as guides, reelseat and cork we grant warranty according to the legal regulations in your country.
If, however, any defect should occur, please contact your tackle dealer and we will resolve it as fast as possible. Therefore, we kindly ask you to register your rod using your personal registration code that is displayed on the frontside of the warranty card accompanying your new fishing rod. This code is a unique registration code that unequivocally belongs to your rod and activates your SPORTEX 10-years blank warranty.
For 'model' please enter the code written on the rods sheath (black tag). The code starts with two letters and continues with a 4-digit numerical code. For 'date of purchase' and 'dealer' please enter the information given by your sales receipt.Please note that we will only activate your warranty when all mandatory fields are completed correctly. If so, we will register your personal SPORTEX rod and send you the confirmation via email.
